Wake up at 9, breakfast normally looks like a bagel, banana and some milk.

Beat some suckers a couple of dimes. Then about 9:15 I go to Starbucks;-) OK, maybe 9:30

Take a bunch of business calls that make me no money. Then check with my assistant and see who feels motivated to get lunch today. at 1pm I head to Jimmy John's (which oddly enough delivers).

Work Out until about 2:30. Wax suckers once again while trying to seem interested in the 4 active IM's I have going on my opinion of the new UIGEA Regs. Uptick only $1500 this time, I must be slipping.

At 3:30 I take my Vespa and visit the ATM for my daily epassporte withdrawal, I can also do another one direct to my account, I still can't get enough out each month so I take checks for the rest.

4:00 my daughters come home and it is "At Home Dad Time".

Between 4-9 is a fog like state where I have to interact with my family. My wife comes home at about 6:15 and I make the moves on her. By 6:18 I am done, he he. Dinner is Chipolte, we eat out more than I wish we would.

My wife is putting the kids to bed tonight so I get in a quick session starting at 8:30, uptick 1 dime, they told me to three barrel on cardrunners I did it and lost. Still ended up for the session. 10 is High Stakes Poker and after that Anthony Bourdain. I am writing this at 1 am because I can't get to sleep. Maybe it is because I wake up at 9 each day.

Good idea Rod. I'll save that for another post.

Usually it's not planned out unless there's something urgent that I am working on. Sometime I'll just write articles all day, sometimes I'll build links all day. I should probably set some goals for what I want to accomplish during that period of time.

Right now my schedule is all over the place.. gotta set up some sort of system for that.. heck I might just test out your schedule for a couple weeks and see how I feel with it - you do pretty much the same things I do daily.. difference is that I haven't set up a sched for it

How about doing an indepth look of that 3pm-7pm of "3:00 PM - Write articles, build links, do research etc…".. maybe an example day of what you did during that time

M/Th/F/S - up between 10 and 4 depending on if I worked the night before. Usually go for a bike ride then come back and work on my sites(content, links, etc.). After a few hours of that it's usually nappy time until around 7. Eat dinner then head to work. I work as a valet at a night club. I like to think of it as "CPA" parking because of the outrageous numbers we charge the VIP's to keep their cars up front. Usually get off around 3 or 4am. By the time I wind down it's 5. If I am lucky I'm asleep by 5. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday are days off of my "job" and are the days I get the most work done. Believe it or not I actually dread the weekends and look forward to Monday. My current sleep schedule is all the motivation I need to keep working hard so I can cut back on this silly "real" job.
