Hey Justin, great post on instagram today about the advice to your 25 yr old self. I resonated with so much of it.
If you could expand on your idea of learning from someone who is where you want to be, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Sure thing.
Basically I’ve learned over the years that the fastest way to get where you want to be in your biz or your copywriting career is to learn from someone who’s already where you want to be.
Case in point…
If you want to be a badass copywriter…
You should learn from badass copywriters.
So people like Stefan Georgi, David Deutsch, Carline Anglade Cole etc…
Why?
Because they’ve already done what you want to do.
They’ve made all the mistakes.
They know what you should do (and shouldn’t do).
So if you follow their advice…
You’ll get results a whole lot quicker.
This is something I didn’t do when I was an up-and-coming copywriter.
I tried to figure everything out of my own.
I tried to piece it all together myself.
Which ended up being a big mistake.
Cause it led to a lot of inconsistent copy…
Some up-and-down years financially…
And a lot of frustration for me.
If I was smart, I would have just “shortcutted” the process and learned from someone who had already done what I wanted to do.
I would have stopped trying to figure it out on my own…
And just followed a successful person’s “playbook”.
This is what smart people do.
Which brings me to the point I want to make…
These days it’s super easy to learn from the best…
Take someone like Stefan…
