Some days I just can’t come up with an idea of what to write about…

So I just write about what’s on my mind (as random as it may be).

Today is one of those days.

So here’s 3 random things that are on my mind…

1.  After I promoted Stefan Georgi’s RMBC course a few weeks ago, I got a number of “thank you” emails from people who were grateful that I introduced them to Stefan.

This is interesting because the prevailing thought by most people is that if you promote things to your list, you will burn your list out.

But that’s simply not true.

If you promote CRAP to your list with no regards to the fit or the quality of it, then yes, you will burn your list out.

Or if you simply hammer them with offers every single day with no sense of content/entertainment along with it, you’ll burn it out as well.

But if you open people’s eyes to new products that will help them, they will actually thank you for it.

That’s a good lesson to learn.

2. Yesterday I dropped in at the Starting Strength gym in Austin to have the coach there help me with my squat technique.

After just a few reps using his advice, my squat felt a whole lot better.

I was able to get deeper in the squat…

And I felt the squat all through my legs and ass (like you’re supposed to).

It took all of 5 minutes for him to fix the things I was struggling with.

After seeing how powerful it was to have him helping me, I decided to join the gym.

And I’m starting with them on Monday.

My goal is to really master the main barbell lifts.

And to put on another 10+ lbs in the coming months.

But more than that, having a coach help me with my form was a good reminder of just how FAST you can progress with the right coach.

That’s what a good coach in any niche does.

They save you time.

And help you make progress faster.

It was a good reminder of that.

3. If you’re looking to hire a young, hungry media buyer that you can train, I might have the perfect guy for you.

It’s a friend of mine who just graduated from college.

He helped out at our first Copy Accelerator event.

And even paid to be there on his own dime just so he could learn and network.

Recently he’s been running Facebook campaigns for his own watch company and for a local yoga studio.

But he wants to get REALLY good at media buying.

So I told him his best bet would be to go work for someone who’s good at media buying and just soak up everything he can.

He’s willing to move anywhere in the U.S. for the job.

So if you’re looking for a young, hungry media buyer that you can train, feel free to email him directly.

His name is Nawaz.

And his email is rahmannnawaz@gmail.com.

He’s a hard worker.  And one of those guys who just gets along with everybody, so I think he’d be a great fit for someone.
