A question from a reader named Steven rolled in today wondering if you can build an email list as a beginner…

———

So I’ve read your whole sales page on building an email list. I see it’s for 9-5ers as well.

Does this mean people starting from 0? Do you need a lot of copy experience? I have some, but stopped writing copy cause I hated pitching and fishing for clients.  Just wondering if building an email list is beginner friendly?

————

The short answer?

Yes.

My buddy Joe Ducard is a good example of a beginner who makes money from his own list.

Joe’s not a copywriter.

He’s never written for any big publishers…

But he has a small list of 437 guys in the dating space.

And by emailing those guys twice a week…

He’s able to bring in $4k-$6k most months…

Which is good money for a list his size.

I’ll give ya another example…

This one’s from the health niche.

I know a guy with a “natural health” list who has 14k people on his list (he’s been building this list for about two years).

He doesn’t write any of his own copy.

He just takes the tested & proven copy that affiliates give him…

And he sends it out to his list.

So he’s not slaving away trying to come up with email ideas…

Or testing a bunch of subject lines.

He simply uses the proven emails that offer owners give him…

And last I heard he was making around $5.5k a month doing this.

Which is nothing to sneeze at…

That’ll pay for a really nice vacation…

Or the mortgage on a house in most areas…

So he’s happy…

So I’ll say it again…

You don’t need Gary Bencivenga-level copy skills to start an email list.

That’s not necessary.

All you need is some focus…

And a simple plan that allows you to get your first hundred email subscribers (which I walk you through in the course)…

So if that floats your boat…

I suggest checking out what I have for ya right here.
