Back in 2017, Jazz Courtenay didn’t have enough money for an apartment, so he was living in his car while he made money as a personal trainer.

Each morning he’d get up and shower at the gym.

Then he’d train clients all day.

In between training sessions, he started studying sales copy from some of the greats.

So he was reading books like Tested Advertising Methods…

And Dan Kennedy’s Ultimate Sales Letter…

Jazz was also handcopying sales letters for a couple hours each day.

During this time he had one motto…

“Write copy or die”.

Jazz knew copywriting was his way out of his low-paying personal training job.

He was hungry to make some real money…

And to stop living out of his car.

And luckily for Jazz, his hard work paid off.

Cause if you fast-forward to today, Jazz just finished his first full year as a freelance copywriter.

In 2020 he pulled in $72,000 writing copy.

He’s no longer living in his car…

In fact, he even has his own apartment in Miami.

Jazz has made a big leap in the last few years…

Which is why I interviewed him for my Youtube channel about his journey.

If you’re a copywriter and you want to hear Jazz’s inspiring story, I highly suggest you give this a listen.

Jazz is a testament to the idea that if you want something bad enough, you’ll make it happen.

I just posted the interview on Youtube…

So just click the video below to check it out.
