One of the biggest things you have to learn as an entrepreneur is how to get stuff done while simultaneously planning for the future.
For example…
My business partner Stefan is in town today.
And we’re gonna sit down at my kitchen table and map out our plan for 2021.
We have a lot to go over including…
– Growing our Copy Accelerator LITE program
– Changing the training for LITE so the members get more feedback, and more help
– Continuing to provide copywriting jobs for the copywriters in CA full and the LITE copywriters
– Planning our first event for 2021 (big decisions on whether this will be in-person or it will be virtual – or both)
– Finding more ways to help the business owners in CA full and LITE
– Putting out our “greatest hits” product that is a compilation of the best tactics shared in Copy Accelerator
– Plus a lot more…
So our whole day is dedicated to figuring out how we want 2021 to look.
And that’s an important point…
Why?
Cause this is what good entrepreneurs do.
They’re able to get stuff done now while also planning for the future.
For most of my life I was not able to do this.
I was so focused on the day-to-day that I had no time to plan ahead.
I was busy putting out fires…
And fixing shit that needed fixed.
Thinking of next year was the last thing on my mind.
And while that method CAN work…
It’s not a great way to run a business.
You want to be able to do both.
That’s how you grow.
And that’s how you maintain some level of sanity.
You have to be able to focus on the future while also getting stuff done today.
That’s a simple idea.
But it’s one that can change your business if you take it to heart.
