If you can scale an offer on cold traffic…

– Back in 2016 when I moved from Columbus to Austin, I chartered a private jet so that my 2 dogs wouldn’t have to suffer the 20+ hour car ride down to Texas.  I think I paid like $18,000 for that flight. To me it was worth every penny for them to be happy and comfortable on that flight. I wouldn’t have been able to afford that private jet without having a 1000 buyer a day offer.

– Back in 2018 I flew my dad first-class to New York so that we could see Bruce Springsteen on Broadway together.  Tickets were sold out for months.  So I paid top dolla (like $4500 I believe) for us to sit 10 rows from the stage.  My dad is a pretty simple guy who works in a factory, so this was a major luxury for him.  He still talks about that concert to this day.

– Every year since I’ve been in Austin, I fly back to Columbus for an Ohio State football game to hang with my friends.  Last year I decided I wanted all of us to go to a game (and get good seats).   Most of my buddies in Columbus don’t make a lot of money so getting good seats was out of the question for them.  But I wanted us all to have a good time and go, so I just bought the tickets for all 6 of us.  We got seats that were like 9 rows from the field.  I think that weekend ended up costing me like 5 grand or so.  It was a blast, and worth every penny though to do something I truly love doing.

– A few years ago the Great Dane rescue that I help with was in dire need of money.  They had 8 or 9 dogs in the rescue and less than $1000 left.  Instead of leaving them in a panic and watching those poor dogs suffer, I simply wrote them a $25,000 check and made sure they had all the money they needed.  Dale (who owns the rescue) called me in disbelief.  She was overcome with emotions, and was so happy that she was going to be able to keep helping their rescue mission.  I was glad to write them the check though.  Cause it’s a cause I believe in.  And when you’re in the position to be able to help, I think you should. 

– Last year I went to Cabo for Christmas and stayed at an upscale resort called Le Blanc.  When I got there, they greeted me and had a personal butler waiting for me.  I spent the entire week being pampered and waited on hand n’ foot. I got massages, walked on the beach and laid by the pool.  It was magical. And a far-cry from the vacations I was used to as a kid where we all packed into the minivan for 2 days, and then squeezed ourselves into a Red Roof Inn for a week.  Being able to afford a vacation where I’d have a personal butler is not something I would have ever expected growing up.  But damn it sure is nice. 

Now I’m not sharing all these experiences with you to brag…

But to open your eyes at what’s possible once you get an offer converting on cold traffic…

Cause for me, that’s when things really took off.

In fact my income was directly correlated to how many buyers a day I was bringing in from cold traffic.

The year I brought in 200ish buyers a day, I took home around $700k.

The year I brought in 700-1000 buyers a day, I took home $2.1 million.

As you can see there’s a direct correlation.

The more buyers you can bring in…

The more money you’re gonna make.

I’ve seen this in my own life…

And I’ve seen it in a bunch of my friends as well…

Like Stefan Georgi, Emily Lark, Jordan Hall, Rudy Mawer, Dan Roitman, Jay Deiboldt, Joe Schriefer and Chris Haddad.

They’ll probably all tell you the same thing.

Their lives got infinitely better…

More money… more impact…more freedom…

Once they were able to scale their offers to 200, 500 or even 1000+ buyers a day.
