Human beings are pretty lazy.

So we’re always looking to get results with the least amount of work possible.

Case in point…

I’m on the hunt for a new grill for my backyard right now.

So the last few days, I’ve spent hours reading reviews on grills…

And watching endless Youtube videos.

And here’s what I’ve discovered.

Most people who are really into grilling will tell you that a charcoal grill is the best grill if you’re cooking up steaks and burgers.

Charcoal gets super hot, and produces a nice sear on your steak.

A lot of people also think it has a better flavor than a gas grill.

So most “hardcore grillers” are all about charcoal.

However…

Your average person will usually not buy a charcoal grill.

Why?

Because it’s simply a lot more work than a gas grill.

If you’re just planning on cooking some steaks after work,  it might take you a good 30 minutes just to get the charcoals lit so you can use your charcoal grill.

Now compare that to a gas grill, which you simply turn the knob, and a few minutes later it’s ready to  go.

Which one do you think your average person wants?

They want the gas grill.

Cause it’s less work.

And this is how it works with damn near every product out there.

People used to buy huge vacuum cleaners, now they just buy a Roomba that does all the work for them.

Why?

It’s easier.

Goes back to my main point…

People want results with the least amount of work possible.

So knowing this, the big question you should be asking when you put out a new product is…

How can I get them the best result with the least amount of work on their part?

If you can get clear on that…

And really figure it out.

Whatever it is you’re selling is going to sell pretty damn well.

It’s all about making it easier for them.

Keep that in mind.
