I remember when I was 7 years old, I told my mom that I wanted to own a bank.
Why?
Cause I had been to the bank with her numerous times…
And everytime we went, she’d leave with a white envelope full of 20 dollar bills.
It was like magic.
I had no idea how banks worked…
But I knew it had a lot of money.
So I figured if I owned a bank, I’d be the one who had all the money.
Sadly for little Justin, I never wound up owning a bank…
However…
I think I ended up with something better.
Its something that’s similar to a bank cause it puts a lot of dough in my pocket month after month…
But without me being in a stuffy office…
Or schlepping around in a suit and tie everyday.
Thankfully, I don’t have to do any of that.
Cause the “bank” I discovered allows me to make all my money sitting in my sweatpants…
So what is this “bank” I’m talking about?
Well if you’ve been reading my emails this week, it should be no secret.
My “bank” is my email list.
But more specifically…
It’s an email list filled with PWM (people with money).
You see, most email lists are filled with tire kickers…
AKA people that will hang around and ask you a bunch of questions…
But who will never buy.
Well, that ain’t who you want on your list.
You want people that are serious about improving their life…
And that are glad to pay for help.
And that’s true no matter what niche you’re in…

It’s true in coaching…
It’s even true in hobby niches like golf, cooking, guitar, guns, dog training, dancing and gardening…
No matter what niche you’re in…
Having an email list filled with “people with money” is like owning your own bank.
You can get paid anytime you want.
I’ll give ya a cool example…
My buddy Joe is a men’s dating coach, and last month he mentioned that his normal client flow slowed down.
He wasn’t sure if it was the holidays…
Or the economy…
But people weren’t hitting him up for coaching like they usually do.
So he was in a pickle…
And needed to make some money quickly…
