Yesterday I shared an example of what an average day looks like for me.
I broke down how many hours I work…
What I do during those hours…
And what I do in the evenings as well.
The email got a great response.
And people seemed to really like it.
However…
This morning I woke up to one person who was not very happy about that email.
Apparently they thought I was lying.
Here’s the email in all of it’s glory…
I’m really not sure what this person is getting at.
Or if they’re propositioning me for a roll in the sheets…
But it’s funny nonetheless.
And it’s a good reminder that no matter what you do there is always going to be people criticizing you.
You could save a puppy from drowning and someone out there would have a problem with it.
That’s the way it goes.
So if you’re doing well…
Or if you’re outshining the people around you…
Keep doing what you’re doing.
Don’t let the negative Nancy’s bother ya…
Cause their anger is not actually about you…
It’s about them.
I’ve never gotten an email like this from someone who was happy and kicking ass in life.
That should tell ya all ya need to know.
