Let’s talk about building a biz that people buy from over and over again.

An example…

Last Tuesday my friend Lizzie said she wanted to take me out for a belated birthday dinner.

“Where do you want to go?” she asked.

I thought about it for a second…

And really it was no competition.

“Perry’s” I said.

Perry’s is my favorite steakhouse in Austin.

It’s legit one of the top 3-4 steaks I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot of steaks).

So Lizzie and I went to Perry’s for my birthday and wound up having a huge feast together…

We got a special tasting plate of A5 wagyu steak that was to die for.

And then for the main courses, she got the filet, and I got the bone-in ribeye (medium rare, always medium rare).

Every bit of it was perfection.

The steaks were juicy…

And full of flavor…

And the vibe in the restaurant was on point..

So what’s the moral of this story?

It’s simple…

The reason I go to Perry’s over and over again is NOT because of their marketing…

Or even their service…

It’s because they have the best damn steak in Austin.

Seriously.

I’ve been to 8 or 9 other steakhouses in the area, and none of them are in the same league.

Perry’s knows how to make a good steak.

And they do it in a restaurant that has an awesome vibe and ambiance.

So I continue to go back.

Honestly, at this point I gotta be in the top 10 for lifetime customer value at Perry’s (seriously).

I’m at the place every week.

But I’m glad to keep eating there.

Cause they’re the best at what they do.

Point being…

In the world of direct response “being the best” tends to get lost.

Why?

Cause we all know you can sell a mediocre product with good copy.

I’ve done it.

You’ve prolly done it as well.

However…

If you’re building a real, long-term business…

I’m talking about a business that people buy from over and over again…

You can’t do that with mediocre products.

Cause if your greens powder tastes like grass clippings…

Or if your crypto newsletter is losing 43% every year…

People will just leave and find someone better.

That’s the truth.

So, sure you were able to make that first sale…

But long term what do you have?

This is the big question.

If you want to last for 5 or 10 years, you HAVE to have products that people REALLY like and want to continue buying.

Simple idea, but it’s one most people forget.

So keep it in mind.

And enjoy your Saturday,

– Justin

You’ll get to learn from me, Stefan Georgi and a group of A-list copywriters every single day.

We’ve already helped hundreds of copywriters hit multiple 6-figures in income like Amber Peoples, Tanner Henkel, Mario Castelli, Scott Connorton, Michael Rochin, Scott Mills, Krista Edsall and more.

We’ve also helped offer owners like Troy Ericson, Steve Gunn, VShred, Scott Phillips and Conor Boyland to scale their offers to hundreds (and even thousands) of sales a day.

If you want to work with us, get feedback on your copy, and potentially 2-5x where you’re at now…

Then I suggest giving this a read and seeing if it’s for you…
