A copywriter named Chris W. asks…

What’s your opinion when it comes to short emails vs. long emails when selling?  Does one work better than the other?

Great question.

Here’s my answer…

It depends.

Why?

Because the sales page you’re sending the person to really determines if the email needs to be shorter or longer.

For example…

Let’s say the sales page you’re sending them to is for Biotrust (a big supplement brand).

Their pages are usually a blend of direct response and ecomm.

And they’re about 15-20 pages in length.

If you use a short email with a page like this, it will probably have mediocre results.

But if you use a little longer email (one that sells more in the email) you’ll probably make more sales…

However…

On the other hand…

If you have a complete sales page…

Or a complete VSL…

Like Dr. Gundry has…

Or the Agora companies have…

Those pages do most of the selling for you.

So for them, your email will usually do better if it’s shorter.

Why?

Because a shorter email gets more people over to the sales page.

It’s as simple as that.

And if the sales page is good at selling…

Then you’ll wind-up making more sales.

Now this begs the question…

How do you write an email that gets the largest amount of people over to the sales page?

Well, I’ve taught a bunch of methods for this…

One is a curiosity email…

Another is a story-based email…

However, the style that seems to work the best (and is the easiest to write) is what my friends Tanner Henkel and Jerrod Harlan have come up with.

They call it a “P.W.A.T” email.

Which stands for “Problem, Why, Agitate, Tease”

These PWAT emails are only 120 words long.

So they’re super easy to write…

However they’re also insanely effective.

Tanner and Jerrod have used these simple, 120-word emails to…

– Help Natural Health Sherpa increase their email revenue from $2 million a year to over $6.2 million a year…

– Explode Breakthrough Guitar’s email list from dormant to over $500k in email revenue in their first year…

– Boost Miami MD’s email revenue by $1.4 million in just eight months

– Jumpstart Credit Secrets from $35k a month in email revenue to $97k in their first month using the PWAT template…

It’s also recently helped Clickfunnels launch two different offers this year that brought in $710k and $520k respectively…

So the 120-word PWAT email is legit.

And I’ve seen it crush for selling everything from your own internal offers to affiliate offers.

And it’s been proven to work in dozens of different niches.

So if that piques your interest…

And you want to see what the 120-word PWAT email template is all about…

Today would be a good time to check it out.

Why?

Cause for the next few days, Tanner and Jerrod are running a special deal on their PWAT method to celebrate Jerrod’s new gig as the copywriter at Clickfunnels (he’s writing all of Russell Brunson and Dan Kennedy’s emails, which is super cool)

So for the next few days…

Instead of paying $997 for their email course like you usually would…

You can get the course for just $97 today (and then three more payments of $297 in the future).

This way it’s easier on your cash flow…

And you can spread the payments out over a couple of months…

Plus it allows you to dive into the course TODAY for just $97 upfront.

So if that piques your interest…

And you want to see the 120-word template you can use to make significantly more money from every email you write…

Then I suggest checking this out.

You can all the details on the special deal they’re running and snag a copy of the course for just $97 upfront (and pay the rest later) right here.
