Piggybacking on yesterday’s breakdown of my $54k launch, I’m gonna share a few more insights from the launch.

To recap, here’s the 3 insights I shared yesterday…

1. I listened to my list and created a product based on what they constantly ask me about (email)

2. The relationship I have with my list is WHY I was able to make $54k on this launch without a sales page (you need to prioritize the relationship with your list)

3.  Deadlines always work on launches (35% of the sales from this launch came on the last day because of the deadline, so utilize deadlines)

So those are the insights I shared yesterday.

And a bunch of people really liked that email…

So let’s look at a few more insights today from that launch…

1.  Once you find a topic that connects with your list, keep creating more offers around it

I mentioned yesterday that email copy is the thing I get asked about the most.

It’s what people buy from me…

It’s what they ask questions about…

So my plan over the next 6 months or so is to do a lot more trainings and products around email copy.

I’ll probably do an email copy mentorship sometime in 2023…

And then I’ll do a training on how to build & grow an email list…

And maybe even an “advanced” email copy training.

Not sure on specifics yet…

But either way, I’ll be doing a lot of email stuff in the coming months.

Which is a good lesson.

When something is working, and connecting with your list, don’t move away from it…

Or forget about it…

You need to double down on it.

And do more of it.

That’s such a simple idea…

But it’s one that can have a huge impact on your business if you follow it.

Alright let’s hop to the second insight I had from this launch…

2.  The more offers you try, the quicker you’ll know what your list connects with

As much as I’m a fan of “modeling what’s working” in your market…

Nothing beats testing to your own list.

And here’s what I mean by that.

I could easily look at the offer’s that people like Stefan Georgi, Ian Stanley and Ben Settle promote to their lists…

And I could probably do well promoting similar offers.

However…

Everyone’s list is slightly different.

And the people on my list may want to learn different things from me than they want to learn from Ben or Ian or Stefan.

This is why it’s important to test, test, test.

The more offers you make to your list, the quicker you’ll figure out what they want.

And once you know what they want you can refer to lesson #1 (double down on what’s working).

But that all starts with testing.

The more you test, the more data you have.

And that data is more valuable than anything I could tell you or any other guru could tell you.

So test quickly…

And figure out what your list wants.

Make sense?

I hope so.

Cause that’s all I got for ya today.

I’m off to Mexico for a few days, and I won’t be taking my laptop with me, so you won’t see any emails from me until early next week.

Enjoy your weekend…
