This is gonna be the last email in my series on how I created my Black Friday offer.

I’ve already showed you how I came up with the idea…

How I came up with a killer bonus…

And how I decided on the promo strategy for the week…

Today I want to show you how I handled the big hurdles that I know are going to come up when I promote this.

This is super important.

If you ignore the hurdles, you ain’t gonna make many sales.

So you have to address them…

And you have to address them in a way that makes people happy.

The biggest hurdle I had to address with this offer was making it appeal to the super buyers on my list who have already purchased a bunch of my trainings.

So for example…

If someone on my list already has 4 of my trainings…

Why would they buy my Black Friday bundle of all 6 of my trainings when they already have 4 of them?

They probably wouldn’t.

So I had to figure out a way to make this appealing to them…

So I did three things…

1.  I created a special discount for anyone who’s already bought 3 or more of my trainings.  This way the bundle will still be a good deal for them, and they’ll be rewarded for supporting me in the past

2.  I added a mega-bonus to the offer which is a ticket to my Email Experts event in January (a $2000 value).  I think most of the serious email marketers on my list will want to attend this event.  So the fact that you’re getting a ticket for free with the bundle is an insane deal.  I think a lot of people will buy the bundle simply for the bonus. 

3. And then the last thing I addressed is the fact that a lot of people who want to attend the event won’t be able to make it. For a lot of people they won’t be able to make the dates work.  Or they might live far away and they don’t want to fly to Austin for the event.  This is a real hurdle.  So in order to address this, I’m also recording the entire event, and anyone who purchases the bundle will get all the recordings from the event plus a PDF of notes from each one of the talks.

So those are all big hurdles…

And I made sure to address each one. 

Any time you put out an offer there’s going to be hurdles that you need to address.

You do NOT want to ignore these things.

Cause if you do, you’ll probably miss out on 30-40% of sales that you could have made.

So it’s important to find the hurdles…

And address them ahead of time.

That way when it comes time to finally promote the offer…

You’ll make a lot more sales.
