One of my favorite hooks that I consistenly use in copy is what I call the “easy mechanism” hook.
This pic below is a good example of an easy mechanism…
Let’s break this down…
“Just two typed pages brought me $2000 a week”.
Does that sound easy to you?
Yup…
I mean even if you failed English in highschool, you’re thinking “I can type two pages”.
So it immediately grabs your attention.
And you keep reading…
I can tell you from experience, this same hook works like gangbusters in nearly every niche out there…
For example in the golf niche…
Fix your slice with just 12 practice balls
Or in the relationship market…
Get your ex back with this 3-word text
Or in copywriting…
Make $5k writing 1 email a day
Or in health…
2 drops of THIS yellow liquid balances your blood sugar
Or in financial…
Retire rich on just one $3 stock
I could go on an and on with these…
But you get the point.
The “easy mechanism” hook is a proven winner.
It worked back in 1973…
And it works today, 50 years later…
So no need to struggle to come up with new hooks.
