Ian will probably wonder why I hate him so much.

But I have to get this off my chest…

Here’s the story…

A few years ago, when I had a big email list (around 320,000 people), I ran into the problem of our emails always going to the “promotions tab” in Google.

Basically 3 out of every 5 emails I wrote went to promotions.

Which is not good.

Cause the revenue on those emails would always be 30-40% lower than ones that hit the primary inbox.

So we were losing like $5000 or more per email when we hit the promotions folder.

Obviously this pissed me off.

And instead of just settling for the promotions folder, I hired a deliverability consultant to help me out.

And he wasn’t cheap.

I had to fork over $8500 for his advice.

But he came highly recommended from a friend who had worked with him before.

So during our session, the consultant walked me through everything that I was doing wrong with my  emails.

And then he showed me exactly what I needed to change to get back into the primary folder.

One of the things he showed me was a simple thing called “seed accounts” and how to use those to see if my email would go to primary or promotions.

And guess what?

It worked like a charm.

Within two weeks of using what he taught me, I was hitting the primary inbox on Google damn near every time.

So our email revenue went way up.

Which was great.

But nevertheless…

I’m still pissed at Ian about this.

Why?

Because Ian just recently put out a product w/ Andrew Clark (probably the #1 email deliverability expert in the world) about how to get out of the Gmail promotions tab.

I actually bought the course myself.

And after I went through it (it’s really short) it dawned on me that him & Andrew are teaching the exact same thing that I paid $8500 for.

Literally, it’s the same process.

Except they’re charging $99 for this.

And I paid $8500 for it.

So that’s why I’m pissed at Ian.

If he would have made this course two years ago, I could have saved myself $8401.

And spent that money on something more useful…

Like a velvet robe for George…

Anyways…

If you have an email list…

And you want to get out of the promotions folder…

I’d highly suggest picking up this course that Ian and Andrew put together.

Andrew literally manages over 100 email lists, and the dude is as dialed-in on email deliverability as anyone I’ve ever seen.

So getting to learn his secrets for $99 is a no-brainer.

If you wanna check the course out, you can see what it’s all about here.

He’ll show you specifically how to get out of the promotions folder in Gmail…

And how to start hitting the primary inbox.

Which means a lot more dough for you.
